The internet hyped it. We tested it — and the filter coffee earns it.
The honest bit
Minimalist black-and-white signage, a striped awning and a "ring the bell to order" system that is somehow the most charming thing about the place.
The wall says it best: "Lesson from Black Coffee — you don't have to be sweet to be liked by everyone." Filter coffee starts at ₹150 and actually tastes like filter coffee. The Detroit-style OG Margherita (₹450) and the Filtermisu (₹350) are worth the detour.
Verdict: hype earned. SIP.
